Alliance acts as an Introducing Broker in foreign exchange, rather than as a principal dealer.
Alliance introduces customers' accounts to its affiliate
Integrated Brokerage Services, LLC (IBS), a registered futures commission merchant and principal foreign exchange dealer.
Under this arrangement, Alliance's customers are considered customers of IBS and IBS
carries such accounts on a fully disclosed basis on its books. All funds delivered to
Alliance to support foreign exchange trading are made payable to IBS and IBS will
settle all foreign exchange transactions directly with the customer.
All customers opening an introduced foreign exchange account through Alliance will be executing
Integrated Brokerage Services, LLC's Foreign Exchange Account Agreements. Alliance acts as the customers' broker and representative, while IBS, acting as the principal
dealer, is responsible for all trade settlement and retains custody of any assets held in the
customer's account. IBS will confirm all transactions directly to the customer.
