Mr. Ayres has over twenty years experience in all aspects of the futures trading and the brokerage industry as a whole. Mr. Ayres has been a Member of the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange since 1979 where he has served on several exchange committees. Mr. Ayres has been an active Local Floor Trader since 1979. He has held Chicago Board of Trade membership interest in the Index, Debt and Energy Market (IDEM), as well as Commodity Options Market (COM) seats. Mr. Ayres is a registered principal of Integrated Brokerage Services, LLC, an affiliate of Alliance and a registered futures commission merchant and principal foreign exchange dealer.

Mr. McGhee has been a Precious Metals Trader/Dealer since 1976. He is Chief System Designer of TheOTCDesk.com, Alliance’s proprietary browser-based, Internet physical dealing environment. Mr. McGhee was the former Director of Risk Management, Divisional Operations Manager, and Precious Metals Dealer for LFG Bullion Services. He has over 29 years of direct experience in all aspects of the futures and physical precious metals industries. He has provided investment banking, risk management and project development services to multiple financial services projects and is a former member of he MidAmerica Commodity Exchange. Additionally, Mr. McGhee currently serves as Risk and Administrative Operations Manager for Integrated Brokerage Services, LLC, an affiliate of Alliance and a registered futures commission merchant and principal foreign exchange dealer.

Mr. Catuara has been a Precious Metals Dealer since 1998. He has been actively employed in the futures industry since 1982. Mr. Catuara is the President of Integrated Brokerage Services, LLC (the FCM which guarantees Alliance’s futures business) and is Managing Member of IBS Securities, LLC (the registered securities broker/dealer to whom Alliance refers securities customers). In addition to IBS, Mr. Catuara has served in Senior Management, Compliance and Operational Management positions with various discount brokerage firms, as well as being a registered retail broker since 1982.
